Draw :(

You opened the position up to your opponent's white bishop i.e. you did them a favour. That 16. Nxc4 was strategically a mistake, in my opinion – that bishop was just a defensive piece, but after that capture that bishop got a lot of scope...

P.S.: I feel very weird helping (*trying to help*, rather) someone who's much better than I... LOL! :-)
Isn't the computer analysis enough? Move 32. Weakness on light squares, hence c2 got attacked and after moving the queen too far from its defense you weren't able to protect it with your queen. As Stockfish indicates you had to get the queen back for protection and if black did nothing and kept the battery on the a4-d1 diagonal— create a passed pawn with 'd' and 'e' pawns.

I did not press the Stockfish analysis button myself (afair).

Looking at that analysis, now I see that white twice had the move e5e6! winning.

I was a bit worried about Qb5-b3-a2-a1 but there was apparently no reason to worry about that.
