following someone

it seems to be only available to some players, some players it says block instead even though i havent followed them before, and furthermore they do not appear on my friends list if it just says block

Some players don't want to be followed, so there's a setting to disallow that other people can follow you.

The 'Block' button appears for everyone (aside from people you followed).
