To those weirdos who think you can;t get help on Lichess.

First off, if you have cheated, then don't come whining that you will reform your ways, you broke the rules, and so the mods have the right to ban you. If you do want help because you have not cheated, then you can try emailing. However, I'm pretty sure that he gets a huge amount of emails every day, and that he probably can't respond to all of them. Lichess has a huge amount of very helpful mods that you can contact, instead of wasting the dev's time.

Also, there is the "learn" section which has a whole bunch of good learning tools :) en.lichess.org/learn#/

When I was emailing to lichess contact a year ago, they refuse to help me, and at the end of our conversation their answers became rude. I don't know, maybe they changed support personal nowadays and the problem no more exist.
