First read his post, then mine.

Astronomy is a science, namely the science of celestial bodies. Astrology is some crookery trying to predict the future from those celestial bodies.

Astrology is something that @TheAstroGuy does.

Astronomy is based on studying celestial objects, space, and the universe, while astrology is making predictions based on the movement of celestial objects.
Astrology is kind of dumb.

They're complete assholes.

The former is a fascinating field of science dealing with all things outer space. (As with all other scientific fields, it's centered around the scientific method.) The latter is silly psuedoscience/made-up nonsense that tries to pass itself off as a science.
