Training Puzzles for Three-Check, Atomic and antichess would be very nice to get better at those simple tactics.
I can suggest you a computer training method by which you can become a very strong Antichess player. Antichess has been weakly solved and I made the solution part of my chess interface. You can look up the solution move for any position that is part of the solution, and can practice against the solution ( the same way as in tactics trainer: if you reach the end of a solution line succesfully, you have solved this "puzzle" ).
As far as Atomic is concerned my interface comes with a strong engine Atomkraft, which plays very differently form Stockfish and can give you new ideas.
There is also an auto book building capability, so if you have interesting positions to explore, it can build a book around those positions.
I hope that my Antichess and Atomic ratings lend some credibility to what I'm saying.
