First question: Yes. You can even be a theist without believing in any of those gods and religious concepts.

Second question: Throughout history, people have always wanted to come up with explanations for things they don't yet understand. It was true then, and it's just as true now. As we've come to learn more about the world, we've closed many of the gaps that these gods once hid within. It's gotten to the point where the unfalsifiability of a personal belief (nowadays this seems to be the case with many wacky beliefs in general) is seen as a good enough reason to believe it.

Third question: It's more about not being convinced of vague, incredible claims being put forth that have either already been falsified or are unfalsifiable and can never be tested. That is, you won't pretend to know things you have no evidence of (faith).

But I suspect that's not the kind of discussion you're looking for. Given your downright refusal to understand anything that you don't like (as evident by your ridiculous parody of evolution in a previous thread), this thread will likely be no different.

I'm an atheist and I'm convinced that God doesn't exist— as @]magicsacrifblunder said that there's no scientific proof for God, and Humans create myths and beliefs when they don't know how something works.

And no, I believe that life is rather useless with Theism (it maybe different for some Religions). Many have wasted their whole life praying continuously for months but have achieved *nothing*.
And now think if we are Atheists, we have no limits to discover. We have to find other species, we have to develop, we have to know the workings of our Universe, we have to be a successful race.

Life is rather meaningful with Atheism.
