I'm pretty sure a woman who is a GM can challenge for the Open Championship. Judit Polgar once mentioned something about challenging for the Open World Champioship. I could be mistaken, though.

@HomelessGambit13 What you said has a very good point even though it matters more about FIDE rating rather than title.

You are not mistaken. Judit played in the Candidates tournament, and numerous Interzonals.

Women are allowed to play in the "open" aka "men" championships. But very few are strong enough to do so. And a 2550 player would not stand a chance in the open/men championship. So it's not a question of beeing allowed, it's a question of beeing able.
