Opening Theory - Good or Bad for Chess?

It is necessary that chess was shown on television.
Would be advertising money.
Classic chess, fall out of the TV capabilities.
Need a quick chess, they will have the money.
How long to wait for this event!
Here in autumn 2015 was the championship on fast chess and blitz the country in which it was possible to watch on TV and not on the Internet?
Players will adapt to any control, just an element of luck is increased in a quick game.
If anyone watched the candidates matches isn't made a paradoxical conclusion: let the players sit at the Board. and they will find where to spend time.
They sat at the Board for 7 hours and still made mistakes.
Perfect top chess players are not shown.
Debut of new items will have a greater effect in rapid chess, and it'll be more intrigue in the game.
If it goes to rapid games will be playing us a collection of masterpieces that can be measured in an order of magnitude higher than it is now.
It remains to wait for the lack of sponsors on the candidates cycle and the world do FIDE no more choice but to compete in rapid chess and blitz.
Blitz and the Internet can be performed in special centers or allowing out of the house.
Then the tournaments could gather tens of thousands of players from around the world and the prizes and money and TV broadcast...
This will be a milestone in the development of chess. Prosperity among other sports. The level of tennis which Ilyumzhinov has compared chess, but the comparison is not in favor of chess.
The theory develops it may not prevent strong to play better, but for the weak there is a thread for ideas for their game.
There is a lot of classic chess in Norwegian TV

What the broader audience needs is protagonists they can relate to, not faster game pace. The Norwegians show very well how to fill the time with other chess related stuff when for some minutes there are no new moves.
The fact that chess has theory for openings and end games show it complexities and chess masters had produce games of beauty for us ordinary men to marvel at. Luckily for the ordinary men it is not too complicating to appreciate and play it well. It is very admirable a lot of players in lichess reaching 2000 in the fast pace chess game. Because of these reasons people are watching and participating in chess. It is good that chess has openings and end game theory to teach ordinary men to understand and played it well. It is because of it's complexities that chess survive till today. Will AI or Engine kills chess one day? I read somewhere on this forum that human say 'the King Indian Attack is good but Engine No. I do not know because what is King Indian Attack? Thank U.
Hi endofgamz, what a pleasant surprise, thank you very much. bye friend.
Bullet/blitz chess might look good on TV. However, it'd be hard for commentators to keep up with 1+0 bullet.
#22 Kettwiesel : Blitz chess kills your ideas by Bobby Fisher. I read this under SICK OF FISHER QUOTES. Time is an important factor in anything human do. Classical chess needs time to ponder to produce beautiful game. Fast pace chess are for impatience people who want action right from the start of the game. Classical chess needs some time to place their cavalries and cannons in optimal positions before they start to attack enemies's positions. The type of chess you want to watch and play is your choice. bye
