This game will make you feel better about yourself

Contemplating just forfeiting whenever I get matched with one of these guys OTB.

You were doing all right until 16 Bxb7. You should first have expelled the Queen from its strong position on e2 with 16 Rfe1. If he trades Queens, you can still take Bxb7 after that. In the game his Queen could rampage your King's position.

Had this game with an opponent a little while ago, he resigned after the terrible blunder of 15. ...Nc5, which wins me a full rook.

Then, the very next day, he answered my seek for a 30 minute game where we got the exact same opening as before, and evidently, he blundered in the same kind of way in a very similar position. He played 14. ...Nc8, which wins me a piece.

What was really funny was, in the second game, 14. ...Nc5 is the top engine move, and I don't think he ever would have played it considering the fact that it was a blunder in our previous game. What hurts more, is the fact that he thought for nearly 10 minutes before playing Nc8 and then immediately resigning.

No matter how bad you think you are, there's always someone worse.
