WHY DOES LICHESS says a person uses computer analysis

More especially when you are playing against a higher rated player maybe 200 points above yours?
IF they have been found to be cheating it will label them as a cheater by putting that sign on their account.
I don't understand.
Are you saying that a person 200 points higher than you uses computer assistance? Or are you saying that playing somebody 200 points higher than you means YOU are using computer assistance?
I played against a GM
And after our game LiChess said he used computer analysis just because of his accuracy
a scary prospect indeed, however, Mnemosyne would have to point out ones ability to regurgitate sequential moves once apparently incognizant by mere humans.

the idea of a good move as opposed to a move meant to be the exact counter play to all candidate lines,

Alekhine would spend hours with his pocket set exploring moves and potential counter plays, the good ideas et cetera, today believe this, Alekhine would be playing just like an engine in a few months, just was his way of exploration of chess.

the difference would come, as always, in his play against vastly weaker players, for the human formulates plans and executes them and the computer rationalizes the whole board at that moment, seeking forced responses.
the vastly weaker player doesn't see the real forced moves and in this is the computer tell.
invariably a human will recognize the weaker player for what that means to the human player, the concept of weaker player and how we play when opposed by such,
the computer just keeps finding just the right move to thwart all advances as it can,
the human will be "quick and decisive"
I would 'bet' in your physical example there is merit to what I just said.
just ignore my vernacular, for it will probable throw you off what it is I am trying to convey.
we assume that a perfect play must be gifted play, but is not always, especially when weaker opponent is across board,

(is easier to make right moves when someone blunders every move)

the better opponent is trying to stop you from making the perfect move, confusing you, feigning drawing on inaccuracies to have you question your play and perhaps not make that move you should have. the computer is not yet feigning and giving ghosts (I am sure you see the sacrifices the engines pull) we taunt our opponents to play badly we lure them... the board becomes emotional at times and you win in passion where every move is questioned. but dare you play accurately without emotion, and chance being kicked from lichess?
@Acerb8 "there is merit to what i just said"

Couldn't have said it better.
Also, i like your handwriting.
Very font of it.
Now wait just a second....
I feel like something is being lost in translation and some major confusion is going on.

You are saying: Computer ANALYSIS

If thats what you actually mean; then there is nothing suspect going on. Computer analysis means the game has been analyzed after it is over and you can now see the inaccuracies, blunders, and mistakes each player made.

It is used frequently by players to figure out where they went wrong; and avoid the problem next go around.
This only happens AFTER the game is over. Not during.

To analyze a game you just open up a previously played game and click near the bottom : Request Computer Analysis

Computer ASSISTANCE means the user cheated and has now been marked as a engine.

They are two totally different things :l=
