Is learning chess like learning a language?

Chess is like sex. Some like a quickie, others prefer to take their time. Some even go for an hour or longer. You can do it with someone you know, or a total stranger. A couple of times a week is enough for some, but others will do it multiple times a day. There are many different variations, some quite normal and others more adventurous. You can do it outside, but indoors seems to be more popular. The internet has made the availability of willing partners much greater, and you don't have to pay, though some do. Its usual for two participants, but more is quite possible too.

There are many more but I should stop there I think.

The outcome can be unpredictable, and sometimes a surprising move can completely change the game. Some people like to be dominant, while others prefer to be submissive. You can play with different pieces and experiment with different strategies. It can be both mentally and physically stimulating, and it's not uncommon to break a sweat. It requires concentration and focus, but can also be spontaneous and fun. And just like sex, it's a great way to bond with someone and build a connection.
Yeah Sex is lame we get it.

And its not true about chess and kids, as someone pointed out, what about all kids that learned it and are Bad at chess.

Chess is like wards, when you are young they go away quickly, but when you mature its hard to get rid of them .

So chess is like a ward you need to be an adult for it to blossom.
