Yes...the sitting and making you wait until his clock expires is a "punishment" for you beating him. It's ridiculously weak minded and immature, obviously.

Whenever someone starts that bs with me I just write in the chatbox "np, buddy - I got all day and night. My gf's here, we just loaded a bowl, I'm getting ready to register a win. All good, my man!".

@Chestnut: So if your opponent leaves the game, you sit there and wait for your own time to run out so you lose, rather than make a move and wait for your opponents clock to run down so you win?

Also, @chestnut: The game you linked to is anonymous vs anonymous, once your opponent leaves the game, who cares? Just resign or close the game, it doesn't matter at all.

People leaving the game is annoying still, but in that case, come on. Just leave as well.
