Yeah it's a pretty great addition.
One big thing I would like is the ability to press a key while playing to quickly flag the previous puzzle to make it easy to look at after the round. It's really difficult and distracting at the moment, to try to remember which puzzle I want to find afterwards, and sometimes it's really difficult to find even if you remember roughly where it was. At the moment, after a run you can see which puzzles you passed and failed, so maybe add a star or a flag or a border or something to the ones marked for review.
An 'Abort' option would also be good. Sometimes I make a really bad mouseslip that ruins a run half way through, but I still want to be able to go to the analysis for the run.
Some kind of battle mode would also be cool at some point.
