I see on iPad that icon only for a brief second when switching menus though - is it a width related issue for it not being visible ?!

That is very useful report. Im sure this bug will be fixed when Thibault will come back from his vacation. He is the only developer.

Yes, I agree! Valid for Safari 7 sound settings are not available. Speaker appears and disappears when you change the language or the menu. Click on it not time. On Google Chrome everything works fine.

Just wondering DM75 - can you *hear* sounds at all, despite the lack of a sound control? It could be a codec problem

You did not read carefully. I gave the example screenshots. The sound on the device is working properly.

Strange. Yea, I can personally confirm that the button isn't visible in safari.

Maybe with the sound updates thibault has planned it will all get fixed.
